Is Label Maker really free?
Yes, completely. No subscriptions, no premium plan, no watermarks and no limits. The project is supported only by voluntary donations on Ko-fi.
How do I print a full sheet of labels?
Choose your label sheet (or enter a custom size in mm), design one label, set how many you need and download the PDF. The labels are laid out on the sheet automatically. Print it at 100% scale.
Which label sheets are supported?
Popular Avery® templates for US Letter (5160, 5161, 5163, 5164, 5167, 5066 and more), Avery® / Zweckform A4 sheets (L7160, L7163, L7651…) and generic A4 sheets. Any other sheet works with the custom size option.
Can I put my logo or an image on the labels?
Yes. Click "Image" or drop a picture onto the label preview. PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG and GIF are supported.
Can every label be different?
Yes. Paste a list from Excel or Google Sheets and each row becomes a label, or use {{#}} for automatic numbering.
Are my designs uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser. Your design is remembered on this device only, and you can save it as a file.
