Print the test page on plain paper and hold it over a label sheet against the light. If it is shifted, enter the correction here: positive values move right and down.
How to make product labels
Make labels for jars, boxes, bottles and retail shelves: add your product name, a short description, the price and a scannable barcode, then drop in your logo.
Selling many products? Paste your product list from a spreadsheet and get one label per product, each with its own name, price and barcode.
Tips
- Use EAN-13 or UPC-A for retail; the check digit is calculated for you.
- Leave about 3 mm of blank space on both sides of a barcode so scanners can read it.
- Upload a PNG logo with a transparent background for the cleanest look.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add my logo to a product label?
Yes. Click "Image", upload your logo (PNG, JPG, SVG or WEBP) and drag it into place. It is embedded in the PDF at full quality.
How do I make labels for many different products?
Switch to "Different on each label", paste your product table (with a header row such as Name, Price, EAN) and use {{Name}}, {{Price}} or {{EAN}} in the label. You get one label per row.
Will the barcodes scan?
Barcodes are drawn as sharp vector bars in the PDF. Print at 100% scale and keep them at least 25 mm wide for reliable scanning.
