Print the test page on plain paper and hold it over a label sheet against the light. If it is shifted, enter the correction here: positive values move right and down.
How to make qr code labels
Turn any link, Wi-Fi details, phone number or piece of text into QR code stickers. Add a caption like "Scan me" or your logo next to it.
Need a different QR code on every label? Paste a list of links or IDs and each label gets its own code.
Tips
- Keep QR codes at least 2 cm (0.8″) wide.
- Shorter content makes a simpler, easier to scan code.
- Test one printed code with your phone before printing a large batch.
Frequently asked questions
Do these QR codes expire?
No. The content is stored inside the code itself, so it works forever and there is no tracking.
Can I print a different QR code on each label?
Yes. Choose "Different on each label", paste your list (one link or ID per row, with a header like URL) and put {{URL}} in the QR code content.
What size should a QR code be?
For scanning from about 30 cm away, 2 × 2 cm is enough. Scale up for longer distances: roughly 1 cm of width for every 10 cm of distance.
